Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges (within 30 days): Unused grips may be exchanged for a different design. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Defective Items: If there is a manufacturing issue with a grip, store credit will be issued toward a replacement.
To request an exchange or store credit, email returns@nineteenthgolf.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Please note that exchanges and store credits must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items that show signs of use are not eligible.
